i had finally created a breadboard version of the pcb

I had to start over and add extra parts since I was missing a few. It took me three days to do this, even with the assistance of my friend Clark. After completing a breadboard version, I will cut the PCB and attempt to solder on Friday. To be safe, I'll make sure no parts are missing by checking. I genuinely wouldn't want to have to repeat this process.
